What will I get in my fruit box?
The fruits we supply change according to seasonal availability. As an example, our typical fruit run consists of locally or Australian grown bananas, mandarins, stone fruits, red apples, green apples and pears.
You can add extras such as berries, avocados or any other seasonal produce you require. We can also supply a completely bespoke box if that’s something you need, just contact us to find out more.
Where does the fruit come from?
Our highly experienced buyers personally select our fruit at the wholesale at Melbourne Fruit & Vegetable Market as well as directly from local growers to ensure you receive the best quality fruit each week.
How do I order?

Can I receive a sample box?
Absolutely! We want you to be able to see the quality of our boxes with your own eyes. Just get in touch with us – via our contact form here or call 1300 438 378 – and we will organise a sample box to be delivered to your office so that you can taste our delicious fruit for yourself! There is no obligations (but we think you will love us!)
What are my payment options?
We offer payment by BPay, credit card or EFT with detailed end of month account summaries.
What happens if I have an issue with quality?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of our products, just let us know and we will replace the item(s) the next time we deliver.
When do you deliver?
We find most customers prefer their orders on Monday and/or Wednesday but we are happy to deliver on the day that best suits your needs. If your delivery falls on a Public Holiday Monday, we will deliver on Tuesday instead.
We are very flexible with our service – you can get a delivery daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or whenever you need one. We recommend a delivery twice a week, so you always have a supply of fresh fruit.
Do I need to be there to take delivery of my box?
Deliveries start first thing in the morning. Your delivery time will depend on when we can access your building – we never leave your box in the building lift foyer, and prefer to deliver your office directly or at least to your office door.
We will work with you to find the best way to deliver your box, and once this is established, we will always deliver at around the same time (unless there is an unusual event on the roads).
What if I need to change my order?
When you first become a customer, we will create a box best suited to you and your team. You can change your order, add some items, change the delivery instructions or even pause your order (for instance if your office closes for the holidays) at any time by just calling or emailing us. We offer a great amount of flexibility to make the experience easy for you.
All we require is 48 hours’ notice for changes to be reflected in your delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
We don’t lock you into a minimum contract; all we require is 48 hours’ notice to cancel an order. If you need to do this, just email us at getfruit@fruitaddicts.com or call 1300 438 378.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, we can deliver a box to any business address in Melbourne. We can also put in a personal note on your behalf.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most parts of Melbourne. Contact us to confirm we are available in your area.
What do I do with the empty boxes?
Our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable and minimising our carbon footprint is very important to us, and we always reuse or recycle empty boxes where possible.
If you leave them out for us, we’re more than happy to collect them the next time we deliver.
Do you have an organic option?
We understand that some offices have specific needs and because of this we can also provide organic fruit deliveries. Our organic fruit range is certified organic and is available all year.
